Airfield day?

I've been looking for somewhere to test the Mx-5 out, and this sounds pretty good.

Annoying thing is that I know of a great airfield about 5 miles away from my house but they've sealed the damn thing off. All I want to do is see what happens when I push it too far.

Anyway put me down as a maybe, as it would depend on the location, date and cost. Sounds good though.

Sounds brilliant depending on when it is, I doubt whatever E39 I eventually find will have Eagle F1's or Potenza S-03's on it so the tyres will need to be destroyed, what better place to do it plus learn some car control at the same time

Might need to invest in a RWD car before then too... I dont much fancy ragging my ZX around on its F1s when Im planning on selling it

I'm potentially interested, saw the original thread on IMOC myself and considered it then. Would prefer to stick with North Weald rather than trekking across the country though.

Haven't thought that far ahead yet, I was just getting a gauge on general interest to see if it's the sort of thing people would be interested in.
I'll make some enquiries later and get some costs and possible dates together then see how people feel.

I'm booked on one with another car club and it's cost me £30 for the day, with Walshy, and 20 cars.

If we're going to have slower cars such as Foci and Fiestas then i'll be in. Don't fancy only having 140bhp compared to Tegs, RX7s and the like!
