Currently there's just the standard 120mm fan at the bottom in the front and the 120mm at the back. Now do any of you have any ideas on how to improve general airflow? Does anyone make something which slots in the CD bays? At the moment idle temps range from 43 to 44 and load temps runnining orthos get up to 58-59. I just want to sort if before summer comes and get the innards tidy. Also are exhaust fans worth it?

I can't. :p

Temperatures are fine until your computer becomes unstable / throttles.

If it is doing neither do not worry about it, the people who make the parts in your PC will know what safe operating temperatures are for the parts and will have accounted for you running it in a case without fans in a tropical country.

I would not even bat an eyelid at those temperatures, if it becomes unstable act then. Otherwise save your money for now.

Well yeah, considering nothing else raises the temperatures like Orthos. At the moment running Orthos blend (after an hour) it's at 56c.

What mobo & cpu have you got?

If its an Asus P5W or later, dont worry they tend to run quite hot

Hmmm, if you got the V1000+ shouldn't you have got the PSU fan duct and the extra fan along with it??
Atleast that's what the Lian-Li website tells us
