Airflow question in a desk case

My original plan for airflow in my case has gone down the drain because I can't position one of my radiators where I wanted to initially. My new plan is to have four 120mm fans at the rear of the case as intakes with 480mm rads on the left and right. I'm hoping that the unimpeded flow from the rear fans will make up for the eight fans which will be pushing air out through radiators so that I can maintain positive air pressure. Am I beinng overly optimistic?

What Mikey C said. Very hard to guess, but I would error on the side of more case intakes .. like at least 2 more. In fact I would line the back with filtered intakes. With the same spacing as your drawing that would be 7x 120mm fans.

I'd love to do that, but unfortunately the case only supports four fans at the back.

The fans on the rads are Akasa FN058 Apache Blacks and the rear intake fans are Corsair ML120 Pros.

Again though, if you want to be sure, taking a dremel to the case and making it your own is always a good choice!

Can't argue with that! I've already attacked it with a Dremel because the design of the case means that my GPU water blocks would fit, but I couldn't plug anything into them!! Hopefully that problem has now been remedied, but I'm not going to rule out some extra air holes if necessary :p

It's a very cool case concept-wise, but depending on what you want to do with it there are definitely compromises to be made!
