Airflow

Ok. I am having trouble understanding which way round does the case fan works.

How can I tell which way is the airflow, ie, blowing out and blowing in?

On the fan itself doesnt says it, but how could I tell? I know, plug it in and feel it, but I did, and both way round feels the same.

Look harder as there is usually an arrow indicating direction of air flow.
If not fire it up and hold a loose piece of paper near it or if a smoker let a small amount of smoke drift that way.
For air flow once sorted make sure you Suck in through the front and exhaust it out the back.

You can also usually tell by the positioning of the 4 brackets holding the fan. The side with the brackets on is the exhaust.
