airport express, reset?

ive got an airport express but it wont work when i plug my cable modem into it so can use it wirelessly, it needs resetting but ive forgot all the passwords etc. anyone know how to reset them

ive pressed that reset button and nothing. might be faulty?

i think i need to do the factory reset and just start again

tried this and still doesnt work, going to nip into apple shop tomorrow
