Airshow?

Hey all just wondering if anyone knows of an airshow or such today, was just woken up by many aircraft flying so low I could almost make out their serial numbers...


From what I saw it was 4 pasenger type planes, escorted by 2 smaller planes with 2 engines on the back, and spaced at about 20 second intervals, ended by a fleet of 16 fighter jets, all flying relativly slowly in comparison to the normal *SONIC BOOOOOM*...

There is a formation of 16 x tornados doing something for the queens birthday celebrations soon. There is another thread on here about it.

You near waddington by any chance? I think thats where the practice was near.
