Aisuite3 - Access violation at address

Hi,
On start up getting the following message:-

Aisuite3
Access violation at address 05D63CA0 in module 'Exeio.dll'
Read of address 00000002

PC appears to work ok, no other issues, only started in the last week or 2, PC is 2 years old.
Any ideas?

When did the issue start?

Maybe see if a windows update was installed at the same time the issue started, check for a updated version of the software and if there is not one try removing and re installing the software.

I've not used the software but think if you don't use it you can just leave it removed.
