Akasa fan controller

Does anyone know if this Akasa fan controller will fit behind the front door panel of an Antec Sonata III case?

Yes it will.

The fan controller needs a 3.5" Drive Bay and the Sonata III has 2 of them.

The Fan Controller is basically the size of a Floppy Disk Drive.

I think he's asking wheter the buttons/dials will effect the closing of the door mate...

Well, I use one in an original Sonata case, and I can close the front door with no problems. Not sure of there's any major difference in dimensions on the the mk 3 case door?

Cheers for pointing that out dude. Looks like I failed on that one huh?

In that case, I am not entirely sure tbh. I have one but in Silver that I put on the wife's machine after I bought a 6 fan controller.

She has a slide down panel above the controller and that will not slide over it.

I have just measured the one I have and the buttons come out by 1cm. If your door can clear that measurement, you will be fine.
