Akasa FINALLY answer the prayers of case enthusiasts!!!

Finally, after nearly two years of asking!

AKASA OMEGA!

The fabled Eclipse chassis but with a full Aluminium front panel!
It also has an eSATA port on the front panel, the back of the door structure has been changed to accommodate 5.25” panels with knobs (i.e. AK-FC-03 or Creative sound card)
There is also a 2x12cm fan bracket with mesh cover on top and left side of the case (can be used simply as vents, or gives 4 additional 12cm fans and up to 2 radiators for water cooling).
Two 12cm fans are included in Omega as standard.

This could quite possibly be the perfect case!

Also released soon is the
AKASA INFINITI

It has eleven 5.25 front bays and the front I/O can be placed in any of them, will get you more info ASAP

probably £15-30 more than the Mirage I would expect

it is difficult to say because even Akasa haven't got a rough RRP yet

i'll let you know as soon as I can find out anything more

It looks very, very nice indeed. Are the internals similar to the Eclipse/Mirage?

personal tastes are everything in this business...

I don't think that there is a single product on our entire website that absolutely everybody likes...If a company somehow managed to pull off that miracle then they would make an absolute fortune

If I only sold cases that I liked the look of personally then we would probably have about a dozen cases in the entire range

anyway, ETA is after CeBIT. probably late march. Price about £125ish
