After setting up my system in the Mirage I have 2 sets of screws left over.

1) 3 screws unlike any in the bags the machine came with. Pointed, course threaded with large domed head and large drive.

2) 2 thumbscrews, unlike others because of smooth shaft between head and thread. Two others in, North of dust filter holder.

Thanks.

I used the 2 thumbs screws unlike others on the motherboard tray, to lock it in to place as when it wasn't screwed down my graphics card would keep comming outs its slot.

The question is, where do they go?

Look at the motherboard tray, you should see two screw holes opposite each other towards the front of the case.

Every case I have had I had a huge bag of screws left over. You must have filled up every hard drive bay, floppy bay and 5.25" bay.

Here is a picture for you of the screws:

One is at the bottom near the "plastic" thing the front panel connectors go through, the other looks to be about an inch away from the corner of the motherboard (at the top).

These are just the screws that were on the case when it came that I'm not clear where to put them. I've got dozens of screws left over for drives.

You say put the two thumbscrews in those two positions?

Thanks.

I kept a lot of thumbscrews from my old tsunami case, crap case but the thumb screws are great for hdd's and dvd drives

I made the move from a mirage to a P182 as I hated the mirage so much. I stole all the thumbscrews from it and now I have loads spare lol :)

Looking at pictures on the web, I've out the two smooth thumbscrews on the lower front of the case.

I am still not quite sure about the three unique screws.

I seem to recall removing them to allow the mobo tray to be removed and the tray does still have enough movement to sometimes create noise.

I can see the two places on the front of the tray fobose refers to, where the screws could go, but what about the third?

Thanks.
