I have an Akasa Paxpower 460W that appears to have died. All of a sudden the other day the PC refused to power on, no fans spinning, nothing. Pulled the ATX connecter and tried the paper clip trick and the PSU came on so i assumed it was fine. After that i couldnt work out what was wrong with my machine, i guessed it must be the motherboard so i ordered one today but this evening i've tried a mates PSU and it works!

The real issue is I can't seem to find any mention of a warranty on the PSU box or on the web nor can i find any RMA details for Akasa. Anyone got any ideas or had any experience RMAing an Akasa product?

I couldn't see any mention of warranty period either when my 18 month old Paxpower 460w's fan failed.

OCUK replaced the PSU, cost £11 to send it back and took about a month.

Thats useful to know cheers :)

2 phone calls and 5 emails later (along with a forwarded email receipt from OCUK) and i now have an RMA number from Akasa, now to see how long it takes...
