Ello,

I just bought an akasa zen and was just wondering how easy the paint is to chip? I've read a review on the case which said that the paint chipped when knocked on a table.

Reason i'm asking is that im getting a window cut in the side of the case using a laser cutter and dont really want to chip the paint as it has to be laid on other metal.

If it chips then ill probably get the window painted again though with white and some other color in it (thinking a black strip or something).I'd prefer it not to chip though :p

Also, anyone got any suggestions on what case mods would look good in a white akasa, i was thinking Red(orange) UV reactive fans and cable's, but im undecided.

It's a shame that akasa aren't bringing out a side window for zen, i emailed them about it and they said they have no plans to release one :( . It's quite an attractive case imo and for £32 you cant really go wrong.

I won't be put anything in the case until I've got enough money to get the full pci-express works ,so what are people's opinions on the cooling and overall performance of the case?

,Cheers :)

Good case for the money, and would not be a market on such a cheap case for an aftermarket window. :)

Not had any issues with the paint and ive dropped my onto my wooden floor on its roof in a case pile-up accident.

Got the black one mind.
