AKG K702 Do i need a amp?

My Hyperx Alpha just broke so I'm looking for a new headset that I will be using on my PC for gaming, do I need amp for it work? I have msi b450 tomahawk max motherboard.
Any other headsets I should be considering I was looking at the Sennheiser G300/g500?
