I even agreed to a sale of my Q701's because I was planning on buying some!!!

Will keep a watchful eye on the members market I suppose... :(

I assume they will send an email to people who buy now outside the US even though the site hasn't updated to reflect that yet?
 
Ah well that sucks :( couldn't afford them till pay day in two days time anyway. Wouldn't mind as much if the Q701s weren't uncomfortable after an hour.
 
I think it's BS that AKG won't ship to Europe, they had no problem shipping all them Q701s and 2000 of the massdrop AKGs. Massdrop and the community have the buying power and they are letting AKG walk all over them.

They are just protecting their overpriced headphones made from 100% plastic.

Well boom goes my plan to sell the Q701's and the X1's and buy a single pair to replace them with. :(

So now I have no Q701's anymore (enjoy, Cookeh :p) but have £100 towards my new 'phones, and my X1's still.

Not really into the Fidelio X2 hype, people seem to think they aren't much better than the X1...

To the Head-Fi forums!
 
Looks like my order position has been bumped to 99th order instead of 105th, seems some folks bailed :p
