akracing chair ram

got a chair from overclockers a while ago and the ram is stuck at the bottom.

can they be replaced.

its a ninja in pyjamas one.

i emailed AKRacing and asked for some advice on how to fix this,
they have replied and are sending me a new ram and upper seat
assembly free of charge.

i am over the moon, customer service at its best.

its all good now Acme, or will be when the parts come and i can reach
the keyboard again, its stuck on the lowest setting.

will be even better if thermaltake reply to my mail and replace this dodgy
pci-e ribbon cable.

Oh the gas strut! Sorry ive never heard it called a ram before so I was a little confused. Glad its sorted.

parts arrived today.

i am very happy and have a brand i will stick with.

still nada from thermaltake though.
