Can't gift it through Steam but you can just copy & paste the code from the website and give to them to activate in Steam

Never played this but given some of the excellent reviews it had I figured I'd give it a go for that price!

It's a shame it's going to be an exclusive as that is a game I would like to play. I very much doubt I will be buying an Xbox1 though. Hopefully they release it on PC long after release so we get to play it eventually.

You misunderstand the whole reason for them doing this is because they feel bad they cannot work on Alan Wake 2.

The first game cost $30m apparently MS funded it all Remedy cannot afford to do this on their own so for now Alan Wake 2 is not coming Remedy knew this would upset some of their fans so this is their way of saying sorry I do not think there are many devs who would give their most valuable games away for virtually nothing do you just because they cannot find a publisher willing to give them $30m+ for a sequel most would do what others do give you some fullprice shovelware instead!!

I thought this whole X86 console lark would make the PC development easier.
Remember the backlash remedy got when they removed Alan Wake from PC development? And then were over the moon at how they managed to break even after a few days when they eventually put it on.

And then we get ****ed on again.
 
Been wanting to try this out for a while but never actually got around to buying it. This is far to good of a deal to pass up.

They're suppose to email me over their deals but never do. So thanks for the heads-up OP ;)

It's impossible to support every charity. I already contribute to selected charities, so I had no problems assigning my payment entirely to Remedy.
 
I just got this :) have bought a few of these bundles now :D
(am on the mailing list so bought this as soon as I received the email)
