will the Albatron GeForce 7900GT 256MB PCI-E 256bit DDR3, TV-OUT, Dual DVI surpport games like fear and titan quest or will i have to get duel graphic cards ?

X1800XT runs both of those no problem, I believe the 7900GT to be on a par.

There isn't much point in listing a whole screed of games, yes it will run it and comfortably. Basically it is a Direct X9(from now on DX9) compatible game therefore the card supports it, so for any game that requires DX7/8/9 the card has the capabilities to play any of them and since it is a good card it will run it well.
