Alder Lake DDR4 compatability confusion...

Thinking of upgrading to...
Asus TUF Gaming Z690-Plus D4 - Intel Z690 DDR4 Motherboard
Intel Core i9-12900KF 3.20GHz (Alder Lake) Socket LGA1700 Processor

When I get to choosing 32Gb DDR4 I keep finding descriptions such as...

"Ideal for AMD Ryzen 3000/4000 and Intel Comet Lake" and....

• CPU Compatibility: Intel Skylake-X, Coffee Lake, Comet Lake (LGA 1151/1200 & LGA 2066) & AMD Ryzen Series
• Chipset Compatibility: Intel Z390, Intel Z490, Intel X399, AMD X370, X470, X570, B450

Are these just old Overclockers adverts not updated for the later chipsets ???

The memory may not have been tested by the manufacturer, but you can check the QVL for your board.
