Aldi Assessment

Got past the application process, been invited to the Assessment day which is just after the New Year. Any tips on how to approach it? It's for one of the Distributions not stores and it's Order Picking they call them Selectors.

Haha. The pay is very good and they seem a serious company to work for, so i think it could be tricky to impress.

Well i'm currently on 8.42 in my workplace atm, however Aldi for a similar job is 11.71 and goes up to 13.27 after one year.

Yeah would be good that. The hours for Order Selectors are 30 hours a week, i think 5 on 2 off. So 6 hours a shift probably.

Had my assessment for the Selector position yesterday.There was 3 tests, the Spatial test was hard a lot of people froze as you had to finish it within 5 minutes on each one and was shown around the place.. it was massive trust me and that's both the Ambient and Chilled areas.If i get past this stage it will be a face to face interview. I'm a pragmatist, so see what happens. The shift patterns are 4 on 2 off, basically still 5/7/
