Anyone watch this tonight?. Apologies if there is already a thread on this.

Very emotional. Brave, brave lad.

RIP Alex.

Alex Lewis knows he does not have much longer to live. He was first diagnosed with bone cancer shortly before his 18th birthday. After over three years of intensive treatment, he realises he is running out of options. He decides to cram as much life as possible into the time he has left.

Aged 21 he finds himself falling hopelessly in love and can’t quite believe what’s happening. He encourages his friends and family to join in the celebrations.

This is a story of the power of love, as a young man confronts his mortality in the most emotionally charged circumstances imaginable.

Had me welling up several times. I went through 1/10th of what he went through and know how difficult that was, seriously brave lad. His wife/family/friends were all fantastic too, couldn't ask for a better group of people for support.

Really can describe how watching that has made me feel. Amazing story of what looks like was an amazing life he lived. :( :(

Some fella died here last week and had a Donor card on him. As a result some little girl can now see. Off topic but I just wanted to say that.

Having watched the video that the OP linked im shutting my PC down... God help him. He's one in a million!! And we think we have problems?

Apologies for the thread bump, but this is being repeated again now on Beeb 1.

Well worth watching if you didn't catch it the first time around.
