Anyone excited about this? Looks pretty interesting. I never played the previous version,. but have heard good things.
 
I can't wait to be honest.

I hope it pertains the gritty dark feeling the first did.

The first one is a great game even if a bit cheap on harder difficulties.
 
US players are streaming this now on console & got their copies few days before street date in US (14th). It looks very unusual like a cross between Rayman2+3/Dantes Inferno & steals the art style heavily from Rayman3. It seems to be a pretty basic platform game with 3D & several basic 2D bonus sections between levels.

Its very colourful/bright but think I will wait for player reviews especially for the Alice1 HD remaster which on PC is only available if you buy the complete game from EA's Origin digital store @ £34.99. (all console versions get the Alice1 HD but it ties them to the game so they cannot sell it after!). PC only gets it from Origin store its exclusive to that. I would be impressed if they made it in UT3 like Madness Returns but not sure EA would put that much effort in!

Not prepared to take a chance & pre-order anymore as this has got some poor early console reviews & 1st chapter is I am told a 3 hour platform jumping grind to complete by someone who has their promo copies now.
 
I played the first game back in 2000.

Great game.

Will probably get this, but only when the price is reduced.

ITs not a AAA title for me, something to pick up during a steam sale etc...
