Text Screens (In between Levels) - Darude - Sandstorm
Level 1 - Wherever I may Roam - Metallica
Level 2 - Toejam & Earl
Level 3 - Sonic!!!!
Highscore Table (If you leave it there for a few seconds) - Free Bird - Lynyrd Skynyrd

The things you mentioned (such as the sprite only looking one way) are all problems I identified in the critical appraisal document Unfortunately, they're generally because a) it would take too much extra work (deadline being tomorrow, game was finished yesterday), or b) I couldnt seem to make it work
But again... thanks for the positive comments.... it appears I can at least make good choice of music for games
