Alien shooter and Freedom Force

Two games on steam that look alright and are mega cheap at the moment.....anyone played either of them. Are they worth a punt?

Loved Freedom Force when it was firt released. Fun and cheesy turn based 4 colour comic book type game. Half tempted to buy them again what with them being so cheap if I knew they supported high res.
