If I buy this monitor will the freesync work with a Asus GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER GPU, I’ve read stuff saying AMD is for Freesync and Nvidia is for Gsync

The monitor is Gsync and the RTX 2070 is Nvidia (Gsync) so there should be no issues at all.

It's when you mix AMD and Nvidia that it pays to research on whether (Adaptive) Sync works and works well. Some Freesync monitors play better with Nvidia GPUs and the Sync feature than others.

Since you asked if the Freesync would work and the monitor is actually Gsync, make sure it's the right monitor.
