Alienware x51 R2 - GPU upgrade

Getting one of these soon, going for the i5 version for that currently comes with the 1gb gtx 645. Has the optional upgrade for the 1.5gb gtx 760 for an extra £200.

Would I be able to buy that 1.5gb gtx 760 seperately at a later date and put it in myself? Or are these cards specially designed and made for the x51?

They would do the job, but whats the best setup I could fit in those? Dont want it to have really high temps though.

I actualy think alienware have really nice designs in their machines.

Whats ugly about it?

They're just so obvious, like a boy racer car with neons. No class about them.

X51 only has the little fin type window on either side, it emits the same amounts as a fan with lights on it if not less.

Anyhow I have changed my mind about getting one, interested in buying a hadron or a silverstone. Not sure what sort of build will fit in it though.
