alienware x51

how good is this...especiallly the i3 version.It seems a little pricy and is there other alternatives, or goin for a full tower for the same price as the x51, also how future proof is it....

Thanks for the info Gav, the alienware isnt for me, im trying to talk sumone out of getting one and dont know enough about it to argue my corner, all i know is its like a xbox but with sata ports....and you can get a better setup for more or less same price.
