Don't hijack my thread lol.

I thought i would post here rather than a new thread, i have my answer now :)

I guess i will ask for help on paste and stuff when the time comes for a spec-me thread in the next 4-6 weeks before my uni grant comes through :)

Thanks anyway.

Don't ban me please :(

:D

Would you also recommend this MX4 stuff?

Basically right, the Artic Silver5 and MX-4 are both great.

But the Artic Silver5 is electrically conductive, get it even slightly on your fingers then on the wrong area and poof.

The MX-4 isnt conductive.

Christ i am glad you told me that.

Also did you even twig about the mobo you spec'd me lol.

In the manual, mentions LOW EMI - And it's designed to prevent damage due to static lol :D

Low EMI means low electro-magnetic interference emission :) Meaning it produces less electro magnetic noise, for things like a wireless router, phones, or wireless headphones, and is no more immune to static shocks than others.

But really, it's mainly marketing BS.

Sorry the mobo has this

Anti-Surge Protection
This special design prevents expensive devices and the motherboard from damage caused by power surges from switching power supply (PSU).

That means its damo proof lol
