All in one communicating kit?

Sorry for the vague title - but it's the best description I could think of.

Basically I have a webcam and a headset with a microphone attached to an ear piece using 2 USB ports (1 each).

I know that you can get webcams now with inbuilt microphones, and Skype styled telephones where you can speak and listen but is there anything that does all this in one?

Like a webcam with a little speaker or something?

I have had a quick look through OcUK's shop site and a few others - but I can't seem to find anything that matches. Any help offered will be appreciated

To be honest you are much better off with your current set-up of a webcam + a headset. If you could find a product such as you describe it would probably suffer badly from feedback i.e. sound coming out of the speaker and going straight back in to the mic.
