Hi, Im looking for a All in one printer, Scan, Photocopier, (DVD/CD printing would be good) and anything else that the latest printers include!

One thing I don't want is All colours in one cartridge, I would like the seperate colour cartridges.

Just after your opinions please, have up to £200!

Thanks,
Mark

Canon MP600.

Helped somebody buy this, at a smacking price of around £180. Can be found for around £130.

But it does everything you ask. Prints onto CDs, 4 seperate ink tanks (2x black, and individual CMY tanks), scans.

I like it a lot actually. Oh, and you got 4-5 printable CDs, too!

unless u need it to be a very good printer just go for the £60 Epson 4050 which is v good, but obv not £200 good.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo trust me I've had a few epson's from the RX range and thier the worst printers I've ever had, what kepted swaying me was the cheep ink but the problem was the epsons used to clog up so much that you have to use a couple of cleaning cycles to get them to print properly again and boy do those cleaning cycles cain ink away, they ended up costing me a fortune, get the CANON MP600 as basmic suggests.

Not having a poke at you, but the Epson users seldon see past the cheap ink.

I had an HP 3820 before getting my Canon Pixma iP4200. To get the iP4200, was like entering a new world of printing to me - ability to print direct, with my camera (via USB cable); ability to change the colour that's ran out, and not the whole ink tank; two paper trays (rear and front); ability to print onto CD/DVDs...

I could go on, but I was taken back by the features my Canon offers me. Hence why when I took this person shopping for a new printer, I had Canon in mind. Seeing the MP600, was relieving - I think she wanted one that made her tea for her. :p

Its also qutie abit cheaper then the canon, as its going to be used to print on 100 CD's at a time and printing photo's and posters and CD covers I think the cheaper ink would be an advantage. At the moment im using a RX425, and R200. If I did go for the RX620 am I going to see an increase in quality?

Thanks,
mark
