All in ones?

So, my girlfriend wants a all in one pc, preferably with a touch panel.

Before I purchase, does anyone have any recommendations? I know it's not going to be a popular decision amongst the usuals around here but she has her heart set out on one and well you know what women are like, it makes it easier for me to justify buying shineys for the car if I cave into this whim

Budget is £500 but may go upto £600. Currently on top of the list is the HP Touchsmart 310. Not exactly a good spec on it but more than enough for her uses which is mainly streaming media on the net.

Erm, my brother has the HP Touchsmart PC 300...

It's got a tri-core processor, 4gb ram and HD3200 gpu. Nice touchscreen and very nippy!

Erm, not very good with touchscreen/all in one computers because I freakin' hate them. Best thing to do is to look online or go into pc world and have a look.

Honestly? What is she planning on using the Touchscreen for?

I have an HTC Desire, iPad 2 and HP 2310ti (touchscreen monitor), so am very integrated into the Touchscreen way of life.

Saying this, I tend to find that, I use touchscreen non-stop on both phone and iPad, however find that I rarely ever use it on my PC....

If you want a touchscreen all in one though, HP seem to be the way to go though, my touchscreen is fantastic. I just rarely use it xD
