All my games start minimized help!!

Godfather 2 and now Call of duty 5.. they both start minimised and i can't maximise them!! any ideas?

Do you have skype installed?

If so then make sure the skype window is open when you start the game.

no i dnt use skype.. just reinstalling vista atm see if it will solve my problem

well i just made a new built... same version vista on my laptop and games work fine.. i'm reinstalling vista and first thing i'll do is install amd driver and game and see if it runs.

It's not that extreme anyhow - sometimes it's quicker to just reinstall the OS than to spend ages playing around with different options to try and work out what the problem was

well i installed my OS then my system completely crashed.. Then Vengeance helped me get it back up and OS had been acting dodgy so I think i did the right thing reinstalling it.

everything working alright once i reistalled vista.. tank god.

You can specify in the shortcut whether things start maximised or not, might of been worth looking there before reinstalling your OS :eek:
