All my passwords just randomly dissapeared, should I be worried?

I was away from my pc a few hours (home pc, doors were locked) and I was just trying to login into my email account and I realised nothing was automatically put into the field. Strange, so I checked firefox and ALL my password and usernames had disappeared.

Now I may be sceptical, but in my life of using firefox this has never happened. Should I be worried?

Thanks for the reply guys,

Firefox was acting rather strange, so I re-installed then a day later it happened. It was just the passwords. Fortunately for me, I backed up using mozbackup

I'll just let it be
