Bought the game less than a week after release - now sitting happy with Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition thanks to negotiation with EA

Unfortunately you're too late, I think. They were only letting people do this for a few weeks last month.

As mentioned, if you just bought it take it back for a refund. If you hadn't... you're stuffed, really.
