I'm thinking of buying an All Saints (none leather) jacket that I've found on sale. I've never bought their clothing before, so have no idea how it fits. Are the sizes generally pretty accurate and in keeping with other manufacturers; small, medium, large etc? Or do they tend to fit too large or small?

Cheers.

I did a search for you and found a couple of threads on other forums where people have said that they're either big, small or just right!

If you're ordering on line then I suggest you bracket order and send back what doesn't fit.

Yeah, I noticed that. It's a bit confusing.

Their jackets are cut pretty much identically to their clothes. I fit their large stuff perfectly, but their jackets are tight as they have no/very little give, but XL jackets are too slack on me.

You'd be best going to try these on.

I've only bought a lot of stuff from them over the past couple of years but of the stuff I've purchased, sizing has been consistent for the tops/jackets insofar as I usually buy XS or S depending on brand, and all my AS tops/jackets are XS and fit the same.

They sell pieces in a variety of fits which is probably why people find sizing inconsistent - something in their oversize fit looks ridiculous on me, so I stick to fitted/regular stuff - if the jacket has the full name in the description you should be able to Google it to see what fit it comes in.
