Hi there,

Doing a bit of online shopping and am purchasing a few sale items from All Saints. I have a 42" chest, which suggests i am an XL which i doubt. Normally a medium or large tends to fit quite nicely. I dont like clothes to be baggy, nor skin tight.

Has anybody else purchased knitwear from all saints, if so what size chest are you and what size did you buy and how does it fit? Do all saints measurements come up small, similar to Lyle and Scott?

Any help is appreicated.

I dont have knitwear but i have a polo shirt which is very fitted. I normally have a large which is ever so slightly too big, but the all saints one is quite tight fitted on my arms and shoulders, whereas a lyle and scott polo is quite loose all round. hope this is of help

I tried a large lyle and scott polo which fitted perfectly, snug in the shoulder, tight on the biceps and snug accross the chest but not restrictive. I'll order large and see how they fit. Can always send them back and get the medium, dont want to rip them if theyre too small!

If anybody knows of any discount codes for the site that actually work. Even if its only 10%, it'll be £40 back in my pocket!

I have an Allsaints biker style leather jacket in XL. I'm a 42" chest aswell as you, and I really wouldn't want the jacket to be any smaller (but then being biker style, it's meant to be a good fit).

I'd say going by my experience XL would probably be the size you need for their jackets at least.

Medium fit 42" chest?! No chance. I wear a medium t-shirt, and my chest is 32-34 at most.

42" is deff an XL

Decent clothing is always a better fit. Nice choice of label btw :D

I have a Topman cardigan, which is a medium and it fits my 42" chest more or less perfectly. I assumed judging on the style of most allsaints stuff that it is a slim/skiny fit, judging by the majority of their models and that the large size, hopefully will fit as i hope.

Very True, it justifies the cost. Can't beat the ramskull logo either!:)

Oh this is what it's about? I spent a minute worrying that the idiot girl band that buggered with the sanity of chart "music" a few years ago had a clothing label, and a bloke was buying it...:(

my friend has a 42-44" chest and he tried on a large knitted jumper from all saints and nearly ripped it, so we had a quick lol and then he bought XL which fitted right.

haha, ive done that before when trying on fitted shirts and tearing the seems of the lats, lol

All saints sizes say med=38, large=40 X-large=42
Where as Asos say Large is a 40-42. I'll stick with large, and then let anybody that cares know how it fits.

I've ordered a LS tshirt from there in a large. Tend to take medium from most places but topman I'm between the two so thought I'd play safe and get the large.
