All these compatible?

I had a E4300 and could only get it to 3.1Ghz but that was a very early revision. A later stepping has better capability but it's save to say 3-3.2Ghz.
 
afaik, most C2Ds can hit 2.8, 3ghz... you might have a bad chip, though... why not check out some forums, and read a few reviews, so you can see what you're likely going to get?
