This cheap watch:

has got my money finger twitching, but I really don't like leather/other straps.

Please would someone be able to chop a plain metal bracelet to it?

take a look at the bracelet section in rlt, if the bracelet can be fitted they will probably do it for you, just ask .

yeah that watch face makes no sense.

when its 7oclock the hands are where it would be for 9 oclock on a normal person watch

The outer circle may be rotatable - ie. for use as a diving bezel.

Do you mean 6 oclock? :confused:

In any event, it has a '24hr' hand, ie it makes on revolution every day. Hence the 'dualtime'.

nope , you just look at the normal hands ro tell the proper time ( i'm sure you dont need numbers for that ) and use the 24hr hand for a 2nd time zone when abroad
