All Time League Table 1888-2005

33rd.

These a similar table like this except it only takes into account top division (ie old 1st Division/Premier League) games.

I'll have to find the link

The mighty chelsea in 32nd position, they only have to win another 336 games more than us to become all time number one.
Which if the continue to win the league year in year out by 14 clear points of United, will take them 24 years.

Not impossible.

Worth noting that MU have played 32 matches more than Liverpool, and hence have an inferior points:games ratio

Looking at the W/D/L columns it would also appear that more of their wins were achieved in the "3 points for a win" era. (Liverpool have won 8 more games, Man Utd have drawn 10 more and lost 30 more yet Liverpool are 19 points behind)

Are you trying to suggest that Chelsea have no History :D

It's a bit of a dodgy table as it's points from all divisions, so say in 1999 Sunderland won the first division with 105 points, 26 more than treble winning Man U! It doesn't really make much sense to put them together in the same table.
