I am in need of several office style computers. These computers are all about work and no 3D games will be running at all.

The office work that it needs to do is simply word processing, heavy web browsing, HD video viewing and viewing a lot of flash based sites so ideally I would like them to run as smooth as possible. Adobe Dreamweaver will also be ran a little, not much at all though.

The CPUs I'm currently looking at are the AMD A4-3300 2.50GHz and the Intel Pentium G620 2.60GHz. Both are about the same price and the same wattage.

What CPU would be better? I see that this Intel Pentium is faster than the AMD in tasks, but wouldn't the AMD be better for viewing graphically rich web pages, videos and the likes?

Rest of the specs:
4GB RAM (2x2GB)
Crucial RealSSD M4 128GB (storage is not a problem since it's all stored on external devices, just need room for applications)
Corsair Builder Series CX 430W PSU

I will be running off of the integrated graphics too and would also like to note that I am most likely never going to upgrade these machines so I couldn't care less about upgrade paths ;)

Thanks in advance;)

I believe the integrated graphics of the AMD is better so go for them. If you're only doing word processing, the cpu power gains of the intel will hardly be noticable. HD video and streaming will be more noticeable I believe with better intergrated graphics.

You are going to require a compromise I think. The integrated graphics on the G620 is far inferior to that in the llano chips (it's half the speed of the 3300m one), so may struggle with heavy flash based sites because of it. However, the pentium is about 50% faster CPU wise than the a4 3300.

My dad has been using a 2.5GHz althon x2 coupled with a HD5450 and it's great with 1080p video. He's even been doing it with a 1.7GHz athlon XP with a HD3450 so I say that graphics is more important. The AMD chips also support a wide range of options for video in the drivers that the intel chips do not, and won't be noticeably slower in office productivity tasks (such as word). I think I would recommend the 3300m.
