All you Trance lovers... in here please!

Hi all,

A while ago I was given a CD called A State of Trance 2006 CD2. I tried playing it in my car stereo but it wasn't having none of it so it got put in a draw.

I've just bought a new car stereo with an SD card so I can play everything from that. Put the ASOT cd in the laptop and ripped it to an mp3 file, played it in my car.

This is exactely the kind of stuff I love, where has it been hiding, apart from in my draw.

Anyways, what are the rest of the ASOT collection like, similar stuff? And please name any tunes like this.

Mate, I'm a huge Armin fan. Got all the 'A State of Trance' episodes from around show 300 up to 420 (download it on torrent each week).

Wasn't a big fan of the live 400th show as the sound quality wasn't that great but the guy can certainly mix. Would kill for some of the tracks he gets sent - some amazing DJ's, mixers and vocalists out there.

Generally prefer the first hour of his radio sets, more progressive than harder trance. Nice and melodic suits me!

I love the progressive stuff and would kill for more of it.

I'll have a gander at the episodes. What are the rest of the ASOT CD's like?

Also worth checking out Above and Beyond's weekly Radio show, 'Trance around the World'. It's a must listen for me each week.

Are these also downloadable? Want as much tunage as possible in my car.

You can download the podcasts off itunes for free.

Not familair with podcasts from I-tunes.

Can they be changed to mp3, wma or acc format?

Well downloaded 11 gigs worth of the ASOT last night.

Only listened to 20 minutes worth of ASOT 350 this morning and I'm impressed.

Looking forward to sampling the rest, just needs a larger SD card now.
