I never find much to agree with when Mr Blair speaks, but this I do agree.

People need to be aware of this growing link.

Can you imagine when I was leader of the Labour Party having a conversation with me about whether antisemitism was in the Labour Party or not?" he asked. "We wouldn't even have that conversation and there is, I'm afraid, a nascent alliance between what I would call bits of the sort of Islamist type of politics and the left.

Endless voting on the matter, particularly as the issue develops and knowledge expands, would be the democratic thing to do.

It offends the principles of certainty and finality, but that's completely different to anti-democratic.
You cannot endlessly vote, nothing gets done that way.
