Allowing url through my firewall

Not sure if this is the right section to post this so here goes.

I am having prorblems with Sage Payroll and esubmissions I received tech support from sage and they say that I need to allow the following urls though my firewall

www.sage.co.uk and www.sage.com
https://secure.gateway.gov.uk/submission
https://secure.gateway.gov.uk/submission/poll
https://secure.gateway.gov.uk/GGMSSoap/GGMSAPI.wsdl
https://ws.hmrc.gov.uk/dpsauthentication/service
https://ws.hmrc.gov.uk/dps/service

Now my modem router is a Netgear DG834G but also my pc is connected to my server which has MS Server Foundation 2008R2 installed.

I am somewhat stuck on how to proceed. I have gone into my servers firewall and I have allowed sage.exe access to my domain and home\private network and I still can not get my sagepayroll access to the internet.

Any idea?
 
Sounds like Sage support leading up the garden path a bit.

Can you access all of these URLs from IE/Firefox on your PC?
