Almost done - Memory selection advice please

At last, ready to order the PC parts except the memory which is causing a bit of confusion. I do not game but some video editing, browsing and so on. I need 32Gb (2 x 16Gb) of memory without breaking the bank! Would prefer DDR4 3200 with a budget of £250ish. Ok I know I can do with 16Gb but memory prices are low and I will use 32Gb in future. The kit is:

Asus crosshair VII

Ryzen 2700X

be Quiet dark base 900 pro Rev 2.

Will appreciate recommendations please.

I only need 2 x 16Gb. You seem to suggest 64Gb. Also, I have read in a few places that 2700X performs best CL14. Will CL16 or 18 be ok with Crosshair VII?

no really no but, buy the best you can.

every thing is better with lowe CL, but in the real world there is next to no difference.
