Is there any news on this patch which is supposed to be coming out to fix the Xbox 360 version?

It's only £6 now and wondered if it was worth picking up.

I don't remember there ever going to be a patch. Sure you're not thinking of the revised PS3 version?

edit:

It would be great if they did patch it. The game could be really good if it wasn't for the dodgy controls and bugs. Hell dodgy controls I could live with.
