alone in the dark problem

when i look at my jacket "i" sometimes it does not allow me to get out of it.

some kinda bug or something is there any update for a game yet?

you do realise you are the only person that bought this game and thus likely not to get many helpful replies! lol - seriously though, it got a real slating in the press - whats it like? (sorry to go off topic slightly)

i was in the hall and in car basement the bug is really annoying you go in the inventory and it just does not let you out of it.

ps: the game is quite good i guess as i like survival horror ones

Just completed this.

Not a great game as the chunky controls & poor FPS ruined it for me.

Some of the gfx are really good but overall this game is not as good as it should have been. Been in development since 2003 so that makes it more disappointing really.

Its like a next gen Silent Hill/Resident Evil but the gameplay/controls in places are so poor. Also has faulty collision detection for the fire physics engine which causes major frustration in places as you have to repeat the same old section and back track to get by (or skip it using the ingame VCR level skipper but even this requires you play a certain amount of the game before it lets you.

I think it has something to do with combining items and making short cuts to those combined items, this happen to me when I got to the bit in the basement that triggered this little tutorial, it wouldn’t let me out of the jacket until I done it and the main problem with this is that it is not very clear how you do it.

got fed up with this game after about 30 mins, hated the fact that you have to be in different views to do certain things and dont even get me started with the control of an object with a mouse!!! was hardest thing ever!!!!so i went and got my money back and bought a joystick and stuck to bf2 lol was such a let down sexy graphics tho
