Alone in the Dark

looks cool but in development a long time, I remember reading about this in edge years ago. Still, it's one of the grandaddies of the genre, I'll check what it brings to the table. Don't care if it's a port/ multiplatform as long as it runs ok.
 
Looks good but I can't help think that the little extras like being able to build your own weapons such as a bag full of petrol with a bit of tape stuck to it, then thrown at a monster, is just a little long winded just to kill a few monsters? I'd rather just get my gun out and blast it, although I have heard guns will be rare in this next instalment.
