I have just installed this monster onto my system.
My question is......should both fans be spinning or is it a trick one where both spin up when the temps rise?

I've only ever had single fan CPU coolers, not twin.

On a CPU cooler both would normally spin but a GPU cooler it could be one till it get hotter.

Are both fans plugged in?

How are they connected to the motherboard? (using a splitter cable or 2 x mobo headers)

Both fans are plugged in. I tried both to the M/B header and then the front fan to the rears splitter. Still nothing.
