With our latest creation "Olymp" we proudly present the response to the state-of-the-art elite of 140mm twin tower coolers.

Olymp is specifically designed to provide maximum compatibility with tall heat spreaders on performance memory modules. The shape of the Olymp has been carefully considered to allow great airflow to the CPU cooler but also to draw air around the high heat output sections of the mainboard and memory modules.

The new aerodynamically optimized fin geometry already introduced with our ATLAS cooler offers a perfect match with the 2 premium fans and ensures a best possible symbiosis of noise and performance.

A speed of 300rpm up to 1400rpm generates a balanced performance ratio to always offer enough resources for any situation in your system - It´s your choice from maximum overclocking to deep silence!

The included high performance TIM "Permafrost" completes this high-end package and ensures a maximum performance on sockets 2011, 2011-v3, 1366 115x (compatible to Skylake), 775, AM3(+), AM3, AM2(+), AM2 and FM1.

Features:
- Twin tower with 6*6mm heat pipes up to 340W TDP
- Aerodynamically optimized fin design for increased air flow
- Asymmetrical design of the heatsink for nearly 100% RAM compatibility
- Two 140mm premium PWM fans with enlarged speed range from 300 rpm up to 1400 rpm
- Ruggedized screw mounting for all current sockets from intel and AMD
- "Permafrost" high performance TIM

I am kind of interested in this product given the early review here, but I cannot find any information in respect of warranty period and terms.

Perhaps OCuk could provide some warranty information please ... he said
nicely. :)

If anyone would like more dimensional information ... it can found in the pdf available here.

Nice looking cooler. Ive owned a k2 for several years now and it has been great. A bargain at £60.00. Has cooled the following.

i7 920
i5 3570k
i7 3770k
i7 4770k
i7 4790k
i7 5820k

Had to buy a set of screws for the 5820k at 40p, very little tbh. But the cooler was great value for money.

I'm been working on a detailed drawing of Olymp, but don't have a cooler to get missing measurements. Sorry.

Sorry, no idea. I can only say I have never heard of any problems with their coolers or fans. I'm not worried about their warranty. Alpenfohn has been around for a good many years and has a good reputation. Honestly, there is almost nothing that can go wrong with a cooler. Fans almost always last several years.

@ doyle
Which missing dimension are you after doyle?
Given we know the fans are 25mm ones, and I suspect you are questioning the cpu/cooler offset, by my initial reckoning, I suspect it is 11mm.
( 151-25 = 126 /2 = 63 -52 = 11 )

Any of the places there are lines between points with no measurement and arrow. :p
Base size and height, distance between fin packs, fin spacing, fin thickness, depth of step in fins to hold fan in place, etc.

I really need one of these to measure and then test. ;)

Any information regarding the warranty period and terms available yet?

its a cooler. if it doesnt work in the first twenty minutes of use then send it back

if it does work then its gonna be fine forever and ever.

Alpenfohn stuff generally comes with a 1 year which is totally ample for an air cooling heatsink.

They're very well built coolers as I can testify too having owned a k2 so long. Fans are well made too, good length of cable. They're pretty quiet but don't shift an awful amount of air. I've used the k2 140mm, the 1500 rpm wingboosts and the 1200 rpm red clover models.

Would indeed be interesting to see how it compares to the k2. Good to see that this new model is supplied with dual 140mm fans. The combination of a 120 and a 140 always looked a bit odd on the k2.

After issues with aircooler orientation in the past (looking at you Raijentek Ereboss) can anyone confirm if, when mounted on a socked AM3+ this is East->West facing or North->South like the Ereboss is.

Im assuming that alpenfohn put a bit more thought into there mounts
