Alphacool Apex 17W/mk Paste

Wanted to, but perhaps a relabel of Junpus DX2

This is the subzero model (A relabled DX1):

GC-Extreme is probably the best overall for cost and performance:

Thanks, Matt,

I've got a question that you might be able to help with. My 7950x3D running on cc0 consistently reaches temperatures of 83°C on two of the cores at peak load, with the package temperature hitting 86°C when cooled by a 420m Arctic II. Interestingly, the other CCD maintains a cooler temperature of around 70°C.

I've reseated the components multiple times, but I'm wondering if this behavior is normal? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

It'll still be within 5 degrees of toothpaste.

Dunno why these companies keep trying to re-invent the wheel - They all perform much the same nowadays.

I have zero idea, tomorrow I will be turning on my Formd T1 for the first time. If you are having issues, then the 7900X3D I have installed is going to melt.

Hope it goes well !!

I ended up getting the Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme thermal paste, and it surprisingly shaved off 2 degrees Celsius from my temperatures! Although it might sound like a small improvement, it was definitely worth it in my opinion. My highest core temperature now reads 83°C, while the rest of the cores are in the mid-70s, thanks to a -10 curve optimizer.

Cool as a cucumber, idle temps are high 20's. I will check out load temps tomorrow, curve optimiser is going to take a while. Cannot be bothered to test anything today. The Asus Strix LC II is the most hideous AIO I have ever owned. Holy **** is the pump loud, can hear it outside the room and lowering to 70% PWM does not do that much.

Highest core: 82.5c
Lowest core: 28.2c
