Alphacool dual pump attachment issues

Hi,

I am bemused by why my new dual pump attachment with two DCC 18W pumps is failing to generate any flow. I have added it to the loop with 2 ddc's already in place - in order to add to the pressure and improve flow....
I have two loops with multiple rads in an external enclosure. The main loop is fine running with the Iwaki, but the secondary loop (for chipset, scsi disks and RAM) was generating a low flow. I had thought the addition of the dual pumps would improve matters.
Instead, the flow is now zero
Seems to stall despite no obvious restrictions.
I have tried reseating the pumps, changing the orientation and relocating. Nothing makes any difference.

Anyone have experience with these dual pump attachments? Any ideas what is going wrong?

An obvious one but have you got the inlet and outlet configured right?

Thanks for the reply.
I believe I have the inlet and outlet configured correctly - I have even used both inlets with a Y and plugged each in turn in a one inlet set up. No change.

There seems to be pressure generated at the outlet but nothing drawing through the inlet(s).

....and the pump is primed with water yes?

Definitely check for a good supply of water to the pumps. If they can get water, they should be able to push it.
